• A valid reason must be given.
• A refund will only be given when artwork is returned to us.
• Artwork must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging.
• You must send artwork using a recorded and insured service. 

If your item is damaged when it arrives, you must contact us immediately so that we can asses the damage. The damaged item must be returned to us before a replacement or refund can be issued.

• Original Paintings are sent via a Tracked and Insured Courier Service to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition and can be accurately tracked during delivery.
• Fine Art Prints are sent via Royal Mail Signed for Service with Tracking and Insurance.
